Answering The Call
I must start by saying what an honor it is to be the nominee for the U.S. House of Representatives in
the 5th district of Ohio.
I am sure people are wondering who am I and why am I running for Congress?
I will start by telling you a little about myself.
I was born and raised in Defiance County where I currently reside in the city of Defiance with my wife
Tiffany and our beautiful son Zavier.
After graduating from Tinora High School I went on to work for Sauder Woodworking for the next
eleven years. During my time with Sauder I held many different positions, my last being Team Leader
for a department of twelve employees.
That is who Caleb Finkenbiner is in a nutshell, now on to the bigger question; Why am I running
for Congress?
Let me say that nothing in my life had ever suggested that someday I would be running for the
U.S. House of Representatives. I come from a very humble middle class upbringing
in which the value of someone’s word always meant more than the size of their bank account.
This is why I didn’t hesitate when asked to run.
Too often in Washington it’s the size of the bank
account that gets things done.
Some will say I don’t have the right experience to be a politician; To them I would simply say
I am not in this race to become a politician I am here to represent the people of the 5th district.
Congress is full of politicians that say they speak for the middle class. This year the middle class
has a voice, and it is my voice which will stand for all of you if given the honor to serve as your
congressman.
I thank everyone for their support and look forward to working for you in Washington.
Your next U.S. Representative,
Caleb Finkenbiner
