Louisiana consistently ranks near the bottom for teacher pay. Caleb will fight for federal support to raise teacher salaries, reduce administrative burden, and create retention incentives that keep experienced educators in Louisiana classrooms — not driving them to neighboring states
School Funding & Resources
Every school in Louisiana's 3rd District — regardless of zip code — deserves up-to-date textbooks, functioning technology, and modern facilities. Caleb will advocate for equitable federal education funding formulas that don't leave rural and underfunded districts behind.
Safety & Mental Health
Students can't learn if they don't feel safe. Caleb supports increased funding for school counselors, mental health professionals, and safety infrastructure — addressing the root causes of school violence rather than just reacting to them.

Caleb didn't just study veterans' issues — he lived them. As a Sergeant First Class with a decade of service and a deployment to Afghanistan, he knows exactly what our veterans need and what Washington has been getting wrong.

Transitioning from military to civilian life is one of the hardest things a service member faces. Caleb will champion job training programs, small business loans for veterans, and employer incentives that recognize the extraordinary leadership skills veterans bring to the workforce.
Mental Health for Veterans
We lose 22 veterans a day to suicide. That is not acceptable. Caleb will fight to expand mental health resources, reduce the stigma of seeking help within military culture, and ensure every veteran in Louisiana knows where to turn when they're struggling.

Caleb supports growing Louisiana's energy, agriculture, and maritime industries while also investing in workforce development for emerging sectors like technology and healthcare. Good jobs shouldn't require leaving the district.
Small Business Support
Small businesses are the backbone of communities across the district. Caleb will fight for reduced regulatory burden, expanded access to small business loans, and federal contracting opportunities that flow back to Louisiana businesses and Louisiana workers.
